BOOKING POLICIES

The Hotel allows a child up to 9 years of age to stay for free using the existing bedding.
Baby cribs are complimentary upon request and subject to availability.
Individuals above the age of 12 are considered as adults by the Hotel.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

If cancellation/amendment is made 45 days prior to your arrival date, no fee will be charged.
If cancellation/amendment is made within 45-30 days, 50% of room rate and tax will be charged
If cancellation is made after 30 days prior to your arrival date, 100% room rate and tax will be charged.

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT POLICIES

Unless otherwise stated in the specific rate plan terms & conditions, check-in time is after 1 pm and check-out time is 11 am.

GENERAL POLICIES

DAMAGE TO HOTEL PROPERTY

The Hotel reserves the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage or soiling, caused by accidental, deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the Hotel's property or structure.

PETS

The Hotel maintains a strict no-pets policy on its premises.
