ABOUT GREEN CASA
Green Casa Tourist Villa is located at a walking distance from the historical Galle town. The world-famous historical marine walkway of the bay of Galle which runs through the historical Dutch fort connects Green Casa with the Galle town.
This 150-year-old historically preserved house portrays elegant Dutch architectural elements blended with Sri Lankan ancient architectural styles. Thick walls made of limestone and clay and the age-old unique elevated roof ventilation system minimizes the heat of the interior. Antique furniture seen in Villa belongs to the same period which it was built. Green Casa stands majestically in an exceptional green environment in an urban context.
